Our organic vegetables are grown using organic methods
HiPP organic vegetables are grown on organically farmed land. In organic farming, synthetic chemical fertilisers and herbicides are not permitted. This benefits soil fertility and biodiversity. Green manure and carefully planned crop rotations form the basis for the high product quality of HiPP organic vegetables.
But it is not just what happens on the field itself that matters. Biodiversity at the edges of fields and along paths is also crucial. The more beneficial insects there are on the field margins, the fewer pests will settle in the field, and the shoots can grow undisturbed into strong plants.
HiPP therefore has its own agricultural service, which advises and supports HiPP farmers on matters relating to cultivation and biodiversity.
This ensures that the HiPP organic quality of the raw materials remains consistently high.
